Why is it free right now?

Easy Invoicing was launched in 2023 — we're still gathering feedback from users and making final tweaks, but the app is fully functional and being used by thousands of small businesses already.

We will launch paid plans in June 2024, but a free plan will remain at that time.

How much will it cost later?

Full transparency: we'll introduce paid plans in June 2024 in line with our pricing for Easy Payslip (less than $10 per month), although we do expect to maintain a free tier for Easy Invoicing with a limited number of invoices per month.

Rest assured our paid plans will be priced competitively - and we'll even send you a comparison to the competition at that point to prove it.

Can I accept credit and debit card payments?

Yep!

We've partnered with world-leading payment processor Stripe, who handle payments for millions of business in 120+ countries.

Simply follow the instructions in the app to get setup and we will auto-magically add payment buttons onto your invoices and emails.

Can I invite someone else to my account?

Yes!

You can easily share access to your Easy Business App account with your business admin helper person, partner, bookkeeper, accountant or even your dog 🐶.

Simply go to ‘My Organisation’ in the app and click ‘Invite Member’ on any device.

We don't (and won't) ever charge you for adding additional members to your account.

Can I use Easy Invoicing on any device?

You sure can!

You can install the app on any Android phone/tablet or your iPhone or iPad, as well as using our web app on your computer through a browser.

All your data will synchronise between your devices auto-magically.
