Can I just use the modules I need?

Yes.

If you only need to use one or two modules, there's no need to use (or subscribe) to any others.

Plus, our paid modules feature no minimum term commitment, so you can switch in and out of those as your business needs change.

Do you offer a free trial?

Easy Payslip has a 30 day free trial.

Easy Invoicing is currently completely free until January 2023, at which point a free plan will be available alongside paid plans.

Easy Expense & Income and Easy Reports are totally free.

Can I use Easy Business App on more than one device?

Yes. You can install the app on any Android phone/tablet or iPhone/iPad, as well as using our web app on your computer through a browser. All your data will automatically synchronize between your devices.

You get absolutely identical functionality on the mobile app and the desktop app - meaning you can always run your business, no matter where you are.

What if I need to share my account, for example with my accountant?

You can easily share access to your Easy Business App account with your accountant. Simply go to ‘My Organisation’ in the app and click ‘Invite Member’ - you can invite anyone who helps you administer your business to access reports or even create invoices,  add expenses, run payroll and submit STP on your behalf!

We don't charge you per user - so you can invite as many people as you like.
