Can I just use the modules I need?


If you only need to use one or two modules, there's no need to use (or subscribe) to any others.

Plus, our paid modules feature no minimum term commitment, so you can switch in and out of those as your business needs change.

Do you offer a free trial?

Easy Payslip has a 30 day free trial.

Easy Invoicing is currently completely free until September 2024, at which point a limited free plan will be available alongside a paid plan with unlimited invoicing for $9.95/month.

Easy Cashflow is currently completely free until September 2024, when a limited free plan will be available, alongside a paid plan which will enable bank account linking and transaction processing for $9.95/month.

Easy Reports is totally free and will remain so.

And you can still access your account in read-only mode even without any kind of subscription or trial. We don't believe in locking away your data!

Can I use Easy Business App on more than one device?

Yes. You can install the app on any Android phone/tablet or iPhone/iPad, as well as using our web app on your computer through a browser. All your data will automatically synchronize between your devices.

You get absolutely identical functionality on the mobile app and the desktop app - meaning you can always run your business, no matter where you are.

What if I need to share my account, for example with my bookkeeper or accountant?

You can easily share access to your Easy Business App account with your bookkeeper or accountant (or anyone else who helps run your business!)

Simply go to ‘My Organisation’ in the app and click ‘Invite Member’ - you can invite anyone who helps you administer your business to access reports or even create invoices,  add expenses, process bank transactions, run payroll and submit STP on your behalf. You can control who has access to which module.

We do not charge you per user (unlike some of our competitors) — so you can invite as many people as you like.
