Steps to Request Deletion

1. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before requesting account deletion. You can find instructions here and you can contact support with any questions.
2. Complete the form below. Please ensure you enter the same email address that you used to register your Easy Business App account. Enter the Organisation Name(s) and any other relevant information in the text field.
3. We will email you to confirm the deletion if we do not already have a record of the request from that email (this is required to confirm ownership of the submitted email address).
4. Our support team will action your request within 21 days and confirm via return email that your account has been deleted. If we need any more information, we will contact you via email.

Note that account deletion will remove all the transactional data associated with your account and the organisations of which you are the owner (including your name and email address, all payslips, payruns, employee records, quotes, invoices, payment records, bank transactions, ins, outs, expenses, subscription records, journals and all accounting entries). You will not be able to login to Easy Business App any more.

Where you are a member or administrator of an organisation that is owned by somebody else, we cannot delete that organisation, however we can remove your user profile and you will be removed as a member of that organisation.

Please note that this process is irreversible. There is no mechanism for us to retrieve deleted data under any circumstance.

Please consider your obligations under Australian tax law to maintain copies of records for a minimum of five years (in some cases seven years). More info. Note that you do not need a paid subscription in order to retain View access your records in Easy Business App.
