Easy Super Launch — Updates
We'll update this page with the latest news on our Easy Super launch.
Friday, 10 October — 01:30 AEDT
Easy Super is Live! 🎉
Thanks for bearing with us while we got everything sorted.
Getting Started with Easy Super
Paying super with Easy Super is just three simple steps:
- Go to the Super menu in Easy Business App and click set up.
- Once setup, select your payslips from the list.
- Click Pay Super to submit the details and get BPAY instructions.
That's it. We've put together a a few help guides to walk you through the whole process. They're available here.
A couple of important points
- Make sure your Employee details are up to date. Super fund ABNs, USIs (most, but not all funds need one) and Member Numbers need to be included. You can use the Super Fund Lookup to help find any missing super fund details.
- You will be able to pay super for all your payslips with a payment date on or after 1 July, 2025.
- The deadline for Q1 Super Contributions submitted via Easy Super is 23 October (it takes a few days for the payments to clear and be processed by the funds).
This launch makes Easy Business App Australia's only end-to-end mobile payroll app. You can complete the entire payroll process, from onboarding to employee setup, to creating and emailing payslips, to lodging STP, to paying super all from any device — mobile, tablet, web. All thanks to our modern technology platform.
And as a final reminder, remember that Easy Super is included in all payroll plans at no extra cost.
As always, we're here for any questions or feedback. Just reach out to our support team.

Good news regarding our Easy Super launch! The technical fault in our super clearing house partner’s systems has now been resolved and we have received sign-off to launch.
We are just waiting for one final configuration to take place at their end at which point we will release updates to both our web and mobile apps. (Note that our mobile apps will auto-update, you won’t need to update them from the app stores.)
We will launch by next Tuesday (14th October) at the latest, but we are hopeful of launching earlier, on Friday or Monday.
I really appreciate your patience while we’ve worked through this and I’d like to apologise one more time for any inconvenience this delay has caused you. We are very much looking forward to this launch and can’t wait for your feedback.
I’d also like to remind you that Easy Super is included in all payroll plans for no extra cost.
Keep your eye out for the email we’ll send in the coming days as soon as we’re launched!
Friday, 3 October — 23:45 AEST
We were originally aiming to have Auto Super launched by now, however, due to a technical fault at our super clearing house partner, we have been held up.
I’m very sorry for the impact this has on you and your business. We’re equally as frustrated with the situation.
We very much anticipate this being resolved early next week, which will allow us to launch on Tuesday 14th October. However because we are relying on the super clearing house to resolve this technical fault, we cannot confirm this today with absolute certainty.
We'll write to our users and update this page by Wednesday 8th October.
The deadline for super submissions through Easy Business App will be 23 October, which allows 3 business days for the clearing house to process the funds and distribute them to the super funds.
What you can do today:
- Make sure all Employee Super details are correct, including the ABN and USI for the super fund and the employee’s Member No.
- Ensure all payslips have been created for last quarter (I.e. with payment dates up to 30/09)
Once again, I’d like to apologise; we know how important this feature is. And hopefully by now you know how important it is for us as a company to be 100% honest and transparent with you, our users.
I’ll send another update as soon as we know more.
Thanks,
Paul Sharpe
